A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. Cancellations more than 90 days before the wedding receive a full refund minus processing fees.

Wedding highlight reels are delivered within 2 weeks of your wedding. Full photo galleries and complete wedding films are delivered within 6 weeks. All content is provided through secure online galleries.

4. Usage Rights

You receive full personal usage rights to your wedding photos and videos. We retain the right to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use requires separate licensing.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We carry professional liability insurance and take all reasonable precautions to ensure quality service delivery.
